New contract - billing
HI, im struggling to get any sense whatsoever out of virgin media. I've agreed a new contract on 08.01.2025 and been sent all new relevant contracts. Its now 17.02.2025 had web chats phones to no avail or acknowledgement, sent a email to web chat virgin customer service person of contract.There overcharging me monthly ,double in January ,nearly triple with new bill yesterday. Its so frustrating that nobody at virgin seems to listen or care,there customer service is atrocious, like i said, ive got a emailed contract and nothing. Dont know what to do next,made numerous complaints only to be put as null and fulfilled, i haven't even had a response.
