new account on the same email but cannot access the new one
After quitting last month returning the hardware and closing the account I have changed my mind and signed a new contract with VM now I cannot access my new account, as i sign in it keeps going to the old account, as I am deaf I cannot use the phone I can only text or email, I have try online chat with VM and not one is able to help they keep kicking me from one bot or live person to another, I have spent hours traying to get some help, please note that my broadband is up and running. Can someone here HELP?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, it has been a while, sorry to see you have been unable to set up an Online Account since returning to us, as this is a new account the number will change, please set up a new Online Account using the new account number and a different Email address.
