New account issue

Hi,

I’ve recently joined Virgin Media and been invited to setup my account. I’ve been able o register for the Virgin Media O2 account. However, I’m unable to link my Virgin Media account. I’m getting the error below stating that it’s associated to a different email address.

Can anyone advise? Getting nowhere with online help. Thanks!

    If the account is linked to a different email address, our contact centre team on 150 / 0345 454 1111, can amend the registered email address for you, unfortunately we cannot do this on this Forum.
