I'm currently working on a construction project that requires network diversions. How do i go about this? the phone lines send me through to sales. Any help would be much appreciated.

What I can do is send you a private message asking for some details. I can then email our Diversion works team to get back in touch with you. I am currently having the same issues. I am looking to lower the levels of the current Virgin Media Ducts for a new construction and I keep getting put through to sales who do not know how to help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
