Netflix Subscription - Code not sent

Hi There

I've upgraded my contract to include Netflix nearly 2 weeks ago, despite numerous calls and assurances the code would be sent, i'm yet to recieve the code. Its listed on my contract which is now live but i'm unable to access the service - which is disappointing. Could anyone help please?

  • I’ve had exactly the same issue. I’ve called and web messaged on numerous occasions and each time I’m told that I should receive something within 24-48 hours, I still haven’t received the code and have now lodged a complaint
