Netflix included for free

Hi, I’ve been trying for a month now to get Netflix access free as part of my Virgin subscription which I believe I’m entitled to, but failing badly every time I contact Virgin customer services. I renewed contract in September, but I’ve been advised during calls and chat I need to renew again to access Netflix free as part of my Broadband and Tv package. Happy to do that, but  every time I try the price for the new contract inc free Netflix goes up almost £20 a month, so not free, and much more than the standalone Netflix cost. Can you help or advise. Thanks.

    We send out a Netflix account activation email once Netflix is added to any package. You'll be able to confirm if Netflix is already included in your package using the My Virgin Media app 👉 http://virg.in/myvmapp

  • Hi, Can you help with Netflix activation. Spent an hour and a half on chat trying to resolve, got as far as needing to agree new contract 1gb bb and maxit to (only just renewed Sept) but new contract inc Netflix was £20 more than current contract !!  Concerned as I was initially told that only option was pay for Netflix before I quoted online pages advising now inc with 500mb + bb and / or a tv package, then attempted recontract for large price increase.
