Netflix account Hacked
Well, when I went to watch my Netflix, it started with the language changing to Spanish, I would change it to English, then next time i turned it on it would be in Spanish again.
Then extra user icons where on the account, I went in and changed the password.
Then I couldn't access my Netflix app, it just asked me to rejoin.
After contacting virgin media customer service, I was informed that this would be sorted within 48 hours, (to be honest they guy was more interested in selling me a new package).
After the allotted time I contacted customer service and the representative informed me it would take 10 days, again after the allotted time I was informed it would take a further 48 hours.
Again, I contacted customer services after the allotted time I contacted them again, this time I asked for cancellations, the representative sorted out a good deal and assumed me that my Netflix would be reset as it was a new account.
All was good to star with, now I've been locked out altogether, a new email address is on the account, so I have no access, the email on the account is -- [REMOVED]
Again I rang customer service, I asked to be put through to cancellation, this time a senior manager spoke with me, I was informed that none of the previous representatives had passed the information onto the IT department to sort it, he gave me an incident code to use next time i contact them, again I've been asked to wait 4 days for some help, so this Wednesday 27th August will be 5 days, I think that the customer service department needs a good shake up, if I have no joy on Wednesday it's goodbye virgin media, hello Sky.
