Netflix account hacked – help!

I have seen similar stories on the boards but my Netflix account I have with Virgin TV was hacked and is appearing with Spanish user names. I obviously cannot access Netflix itself. Virgin Media don't seem to be able to solve the problem and I am going round and round in circles. It is pretty infuriating since I am paying for Netflix as part of my package and now cannot access it. Thinking of cancelling my contract altogether.

    I think your best bet would be to contact Netflix, their support should recognise your Virgin account login details.

  • Thanks all, this is now sorted. If it happens to anyone else, suggest contacting Virgin to let them know but Netflix actually fixed the issue quite quickly. The latter were very efficient and no wait time when you call them. I was waiting 30-40mins to speak to someone at Virgin Media. For goodness sake, sort it out.
