Netflex Subscription Scam

I have been charged again for the NETFLEX services which I have never subscribed. I dont know the email address which shows up on the website. Its just a random email address with random letters. I did complaint to virgin media over the phone before and after been charged twice they deleted the service but never give me any refund. And now it happen again! I don't know what to do. Its shame that being 10 years with virgin media I am thinking of cancelling virgin media as I knew they don't have any solution or they might not intereted to help.  

  • If you do a search on the forum for Netflix you will see lots of similar posts related to scam subscriptions.
