Hi. On the 19th August I negotiated a new 18 month deal to take my package from £99 to £66 per month keeping my old package as it is. Now today virgin have taken £99 out of my bank causing some problems. I had the pre contract sent by email and everything was set. What can I do about this? I was all set to leave and they persuaded me to stay by offering this new deal.

Can you check in your online account for the Bill Creation date for the £99 bill?
From what you've said, it sounds like the £99 was created prior to your conversation about a new deal.
If so, any pro rata credits owed, would be on the next bill.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. The bill date is 15th August with the amount due on 2nd Sept. So it looks like that should be the last bill at £99?
