Needing a VAT receipt

Hi, I also need VAT receipts. I'd be grateful if someone could get in touch. Thanks.

    This is something we can certainly arrange for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

    Hi Steven_L,

    I responded to your message yesterday - please can you confirm next steps? I need to resolve this quite quickly. I have no idea why VM wouldn’t just create VAT receipts by default in a downloadable format like any other normal company so I’m mystified by this rigmarole….
