As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up. If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.
We'd be happy to help with this, however first we just need to check whether you're switching to another provider through the One Touch Switch service? If so, your services with us will be cancelled whenever your services with your new provider are installed and activated.
If this is not the case and you've simply requested a disconnection with us, let us know and we can extend this for you.
