Need my contract sorting with correct email.

I’ve recently come to the end of my contract with yourselves, after negotiating a new contract, they have miss spelt my email and so I haven't received this. I logged onto my virgin media and this contract is ‘pending’ can you please rectify this.

  • Hey .. forget your email ... view * My Virgin Media * ... *written contract * ...stated in black and white to see .. an email is an email ......your contract is what you want ... it strange that you do not have it .. definitely insist on it ... you know exactly where you are ... get down to enjoying the services of VM ... just saying ..😄
