Need an update on my order
I have recently moved and opted to go for VM fibre. I initially went through some hoops as there was apparently already an account at my address (the previous owners), even though they had cancelled a good week before I moved in. I received a call on Friday from VM asking me to confirm if I have indeed moved in, and after confirming this I was told the order would go ahead. Since that call, I have received no confirmation, no order delivery information or any kind of correspondence. I've been trying to get through via the web messaging service today but have been waiting hours, and was ignored after giving my name which resulted in the chat disconnecting. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
