MyVM online account registration

Hello, could I get some help please? I’m exhausted with this issue - I have had WhatsApp chats with customer service every day for the last week, and I’m fed up of going round in circles.

No problem accessing my virgin media until I moved house recently. I took out a new contract and services installed on 10th Apr. Now I cannot sign in to MVM with my previous email address / password, nor can I register with any new email address or password combination. I don’t know where to turn now with this.

Please help!

    Well I thought I was going to get some help, but after giving my security details, it’s gone silent. I’ve sent a formal complaint in to Virgin Media about this issue, which, judging by the numerous complaints from other customers is something they are unable to resolve. I understand there will be some coverage about these dreadful service levels and the costs that people are incurring as a result.
    Personally, I’ve never had to deal with a company with such shockingly poor customer service. Something must be done about this. My issue alone has taken hours over the last couple of weeks, talking to various people in customer services, and we’re no further forward. I have been lied to, and that’s something I won’t accept.
