Hello, could I get some help please? I’m exhausted with this issue - I have had WhatsApp chats with customer service every day for the last week, and I’m fed up of going round in circles.
No problem accessing my virgin media until I moved house recently. I took out a new contract and services installed on 10th Apr. Now I cannot sign in to MVM with my previous email address / password, nor can I register with any new email address or password combination. I don’t know where to turn now with this.
Please help!
