My Vm account set up

Hello all. Help please. Broadband went live today, I’m a new customer. The website just freezes when I enter account number and create a password to set up my Virgin media account. I can’t view bill dates or anything.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing a website. Just to confirm, are you looking to register a Virgin Media online account here?

    Do you see any error messages at all when the webpage freezes? Or an error on the device that the application has stopped responding? 

    Do you get the same error when trying to register on another device? 

  • Yea it just freezes on my phone and on laptop it says the page is not responding.

  • I’m unable to reply to messages. Is there something wrong with virgin media? I can’t even simply sign up to view my account 🙈

  • It’s literally just showing the purple respond button and nothing happens when I push it. I don’t understand, I’m literally new to virgin and I’m literally just trying to create a sign in to view my account. Surely it shouldn’t be this difficult

        The website literally freezes on this page. Tried multiple browsers and devices and even the lady on the phone tried to register me her end and cannot do it. How am I meant to have an account without being able to view bills or support or anything. Really not impressed that a simple task such as registering to view account is proving so difficult.

        We will be able to check and see if the account has been successfully registered if you can send us another response in your PM thread. 

        In the meantime, if you have registered correctly you should be able to sign in now instead of register. 

        It may also be worth mentioning that on some occasions new customers need to wait for their first bill to be generated to fully access My VM.
