'/my-virgin-media' site stuck on a loading loop

Tried on 3 browsers, private and normal mode, and the official app. I want to switch off child protection but when I try to log in to My Virgin Media account, the site gets stuck on a loading loop for over 30s before crashing and displaying a 'Oops! We’re sorry this page

isn’t loading' sign. It's rather frustrating, as it seems like this is an issue that has been happening to other customers for years and Virgin isn't doing anything to fix it. I'd like to get some help soon, since this is rather blocking.

  • I'm having the same issue. In the Web address it keeps flashing to my virgin media and myvmo2. Just keeps looping until you get the page saying oops not loaded. I'm trying to access it to activate Disney+. Tried using app but it links to same page and does the looping all over again. Tried on my phone, pc. Multiple browsers. Had a similar issue when trying to link accounts.

Can you upload a full image so we can get a better picture of what you are looking at?

      Hi fox440

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for your first post. Sorry to hear you are having similar issues with a loading cycle. We can understand the inconvenience caused, and we want to do our best to help. Are you able to share a video of this loop so we can best understand and help? Did this issue occur after setting up your VM02 account

      Thanks,

      Akua A

It just keeps flashing trying to load these 2 pages. When I had to link accounts (linking the virgin media) to the vmo2 said I was using a different email address. Had to use a different browser to by pass the issue. So now I cannot log into the account to activate Disney+. I'm annoyed and so are my kids.

Do you find that you have the same issue if you try on another device?

Can you also see if you're having the same issue if you try on mobile data rather than your Virgin Media home network?
