My contract says I pay for TNT Sports but it doesn’t work on my telly

So… when I renewed my contract in February 2024 it was possibly one of the worst call centre experiences I’ve ever had. So much so that rather than go through it again I will just leave when my contract is up. 
I’ve just checked my contract and it says I should have TNT Sports, but when I go to the channel it’s scrambled and says I need to upgrade. So I’ve been paying for something that I haven’t been receiving for 14 months!! 
Add to that the fact that I’ve tried 4 times to get a WiFi pod because I get a speed of 3Mbps in my home office but still haven’t received one… and you can probably tell that I’m more than slightly perturbed. 
The people in the call centre can’t understand my north east accent and to be honest I can’t find the motivation to try and call them again. 
so what I’m asking is, Can someone help me?

    Just to confirm, has TNT Sports been showing within the bundle cost breakdown on your bills? You can access your bills by signing in to your My Virgin Media account here.

    As for the ordering of a WiFi Pod, advice on how to do that can be found here. Please refer to the section entitled "How do I get your WiFi guarantee?".

    If you are on Maxit or Full House TV packages, these no longer contain TNT sports without a special offer code attached to the account. This is because the channels new owners changed their bundling agreement with VM. Last Autumn VM removed TNT from a lot of people it said were “low users” of the channels, but most did receive a warning of impending removal via email & were given a deadline to ask for retaining the channels on a special deal.

  • I’ve downloaded my bill and I’m on Mega TV with TNT Sports shown next to a purple circle with a white plus in the add ons

      Does the bill show ant amounts as being taken specifically for TNT Sports? This should show as £18 but may be discounted.

      Thanks for coming back to us on this. The screenshot you've posted looks like a pre-contract or contract document, not your bill. 

      Your bill can be found by signing in to My VM here. Once logged in, you should see at the top a price and a purple button that advised 'view bill'. Please click this. This will show you a breakdown of the services you have with us. Is TNT Sports listed here with your monthly charge?
