My contract says I pay for TNT Sports but it doesn’t work on my telly
So… when I renewed my contract in February 2024 it was possibly one of the worst call centre experiences I’ve ever had. So much so that rather than go through it again I will just leave when my contract is up.
I’ve just checked my contract and it says I should have TNT Sports, but when I go to the channel it’s scrambled and says I need to upgrade. So I’ve been paying for something that I haven’t been receiving for 14 months!!
Add to that the fact that I’ve tried 4 times to get a WiFi pod because I get a speed of 3Mbps in my home office but still haven’t received one… and you can probably tell that I’m more than slightly perturbed.
The people in the call centre can’t understand my north east accent and to be honest I can’t find the motivation to try and call them again.
so what I’m asking is, Can someone help me?
