My account has been locked and I urgently need access to my emails (plus other services)

This morning I woke up to see that my account was locked.
I have spoken to the offshore team and they say that it'll take 24 hours to solve the account...

I tried speaking to the team on Facebook and they also couldn't help

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have MFA system in place - Can log in only if using my personal mobile and/or through my gmail account (also requiring MFA).

Can someone support me?
