Hi,
I am also having same issue π
I have repeatedly rung your call centre and been passed around so many times with no resolution. There was a time my call got ended maybe because I was using text relay assistant as I am hard of hearing.
I have been with Virgin Media for two months. All I got was contract documentation and site inspection details containing my account number and it is not recognised on your system. I asked one of your colleagues at call centre to escalate to management, but they were unwilling to help.
