Moving house has taken away my broadband access and has also extended my contract

I have recently moved address and I no longer have access to broadband and my contract was cancelled and a new contract started, which I did not request. I have called customer services but nothing seems to being resolved. I am no on day 11 of the new contract I did not ask for, so only have 3 days to resolve this before I am forced to cancel. I just want my old contract reinstating and my broadband reinstating.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your new contract. Have you had any connection at all in your new home? Did you bring your old equipment with you or are you using new equipment?

      Hello Steven_L

      I brought my hub 3 from our old address, and used the self install kit using the guide provided. Our devices can connect to the wifi but the wifi is not connected to the internet.
