Moving home and being put into a new 18 month contract

Im having same issue as most people on here by the looks of it. 

Started a new contract in march 2023, moved house in september 2023 but didnt change the package and price stayed the same. Was not told i would be taking on a new contract aswell but just checked to see when mine is coming to an end and noticed my contract now started in september when i moved??

From the replies ive read on here this should not happen if i am keeping the same package (which i did). It now states my price will now go up in september this year when my caontract should have ran out but states it runs out march 2025?!
