Moving home - booking confirmation

Hi there. I booked an appointment for 28th March as I'm moving home and need an engineer installation. I have received no email or text confirmation of the booking. I made the booking via the online chat and it was confirmed on the chat. However, the chat conversation was very convoluted - took an hour! - and didn't instil confidence. Please could you confirm that I have a booking on that date at my new address?
