Moving cable

I’ve been trying to contact VM to have an engineer come out and move the cable that enters the house. I’ve tried phoning 150 and pressing 2 and hanging on for 45 minutes but no answer. Can somebody please contact me regarding this.

    Sorry to hear of the problems getting to speak to the team to request the relocation of one of your cables, we're happy to help with this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    As this is a non fault appointment, these are charged at standard at £25 which would be applied to the subsequent bill. If your happy with this let us know and we can send a Private Message to get some more details and arrange the visit 👍
