Moved out of Virgin Media area
Hi,
I recently moved to an area not supplied by Virgin Media. I have provided proof of the move that has been accepted, and was told a credit would be applied to my account to cover the early exit fees, but no such credit is showing up?
Also, I have sent my Virgin Media equipment back and according to the tracking you have received it, yet I continue to get text messages warning me that I will be charged for the equipment if not sent back soon!?
Can someone at Virgin look into these two matters for me please?
