Moved now being billed for two addresses two TV packages why ?

 Landline voicemails still on still on with virgin at my old  address pensioner moved still in UK  still got virgin media TV package now  billing for two addresses 

pensioner old age woes

    I moved 6 months ago Virgin media is still billing me for two addresses not fair to 80 near old pensioner

    I see that for a Manchester address it's billed from virgin Ireland then I moved now it's virgin Sunderland I have always lived in the UK can you explain to me Virgin
