Moved house and my account is closing

I moved house and now im getting a new virgin account and im getting started on a new contract when all I wanted was for my current service to be transferred to my new address I don't understand whats going on?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    If you have existing time left on the current deal and you don't agree to or discuss a new deal, it'll be the same as the current one at the new property 🙂

    What may happen is they may have to do full pricing to get the deal on/full contract, however then manually amend both to sort it :).
