Hi Gromite
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear of your concerns when trying to create a new online account.
If you've chosen to take out a new customer deal at your new address rather than transferring your services, then a new account will be created for you. This new account will need a new email and sign-in information, and it will not be linked to your older account information. Are you able to use another email as the sign-in for this new account?

Hi Carley,
Thanks for responding. I only have one email, so would need to create another one. Is there no option to transfer my email to the new account?

Normally, this process would be for a move and transfer of services only, as the email would be linked to the older account for at least 90 days after disconnection. The sign-in email is not used for communications; it can be any client email and would be solely used for logging into your account and managing any password resets. The contact email address can be your main email if you choose it to be.

I have created a new email address but when I try to register I keep getting a 'request in progress' message after entering my password and clicking confirm.
It is however sending me a ebilling confirmation to the new email. I've tried logging in but it appears my account hasn't been created.

Hi, this this hasn't been resolved for me. I had several private messages verifying my details then i was told there was a system issue and they would get back to me. This was six days ago and i haven't heard anything. Can someone please look into this for me.
