Moved house - contract extended by 18m?

Hello, I joined VM in October 2023 with an 18 month contract. I moved house in September 2024 and, after a rather lengthy wait to get it sorted, moved all services across in October with no changes in. I have checked my contract online, knowing that my welcome offer was due to end, and it states 18 months and that it started in October 2024. I was assured that my contract would carry over as there was no way I would have agreed to a new 18 month contract knowing that 12 of those months would be at over double the price once the welcome offer ended. Please can someone get in touch or resolve this directly?

    Unless there have been any changes to your bundle during the move, then yes the contract length should remain the same and we'll ensure this is sorted for you.
