Moved home but contract has been extended

We moved home in November of 2024 and took Virgin with us. Our 18 month contract was due to be ending in June of 2025 which I was told would still be the case when arranging the move. However it's now saying my contract runs until 2026! Other issue is that it still says my contract prices are due to end in June 2025, so I'm now stuck in a contract on what looks to be an out of contract price. Can anyone help?

  • This is becoming a nasty habit by VM. You should get a new contract on moving house but otherwise everything else should stay the same bar a one-off house move charge. The VM forum team might be able to untangle this for you.

    When a new account is opened at the new address, the system will automatically add a new contract. We then manually amend the contract end date here. As your contract is showing the discounts ended in June, it's likely the term has already been amended but just to ensure it has, we'll take a look for you.
