Moved home and got extended

So I have upgraded my contract July 2023 than move home may 2024 and now I am being told my contract ends 25 November 2025... 

I was forced to use new router due to different type of connector.

I was only informed about new account created not new contract.

Why is that happening ? Why am I being extended on home move when I shouldn't. 

Trying to cancel but I am not paying disconnection fee when I shouldn't ...
