Sorry if this has been asked before, been using Virgin Internet for 19 months, me and my partner broke up and decided to move separately. Im moving to a sharehouse where I can't carry my service while my partner is going to a new address unserviceable by Virgin. In that case can the early termination charge be waived?🙏🙏 Thank you so much in advance for any insights.
