Move and transfer still not working?
Hi.
I recently finished my Network Trial and a couple of weeks later took standard broadband and when logging in to my account all I can see is that "services were disconnected". I looked up a few topics here and it seems Move and Transfer needs to be done manually? Pinned thread that is 2 years old says there are some issues with it so I guess that's not getting fixed... Anyone able to get that through for me please?
