Money Owed

When I ended my contract with Virgin because I was moving home I was owed some money back, Virgin sent a cheque to my old address. They've also sent it in the wrong name. 

How do I go about resolving this and getting back the money I'm owed? I've tried ringing Virgin but it still hasn't been resolved so can only assume they've again sent it to the wrong address
