Sadly we're having some issues with My VM registration and access at the moment. We will need to wait 24-48 hours for the back office team working on this to confirm it's been cleared, and then we can get you to try registering for My VM.
It's also worth mentioning that you may need to wait for your initial bill to be generated ahead of receiving the account information you need to register. (We can't give out any account information via any of our support platforms.) Depending on your billing cycle, depends on when your first bill will be generated and sent out to you.
Please keep us posted, and we can always offer further support if needed once the My VM issues are confirmed as resolved. Thanks for your patience in the meantime! 🌞
