Missing TNT

I'm having a similar issue. My contract has ended. The letter informing me of this clearly states that TNT Sports is an "Add on" at £18. The bill for the ongoing 30 day rolling contract also lists this add on.
(I didn't receive any communication of this being changed in my Maxit TV package but that's another story!)

It appears impossible for Virgin Media to remove this add on and it's associated charge.
They insist it's already discounted and included. Their written communications don't say that!

I have spent several hours of my life on the phone, email, webchat and WhatsApp but no-one can do this.

I just want a 30 day rolling contract and pay for the "Main Services" and no Add Ons
(I may move abroad soon and don't want a new contract)

It is now with the Communications Ombudsman and I have given my 30 days notice

Any other suggestions?

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

    As TNT Sports is no longer included in any of our packages, and is exclusively an add on, anyone on the Maxit package had it added as an add on however a credit was also added to ensure you're not actually charged for it. 

    On your bill, there will show a charge for TNT Sports however in the credits and adjustments sections, you'll see that there is a credit for the same amount as TNT Sports. 

    If you wish to remove the channels, we can arrange to do this here for you however there will be no change in your billing as you won;t actually be being charged for the channels. 

    If the complaint has already been raised with the Ombudsman, it does mean we're unable to discuss a resolution with you at all so whilst we can't look into that side of things, we can remove the channels if you would like.

      Apologies for the delay, you're reply notification just popped up in my spam folder.

      There is no credit whatsoever on my account. Just the main services and add on.
