Missing Account Number & Welcome Email
I recently signed up for a broadband package, but today received an email saying that my setup pack has been delayed by 2 weeks to a date I'm not in the house for. In order to change this I needed to sign into an account, to sign into an account I need to register and to register I need and account number and area reference. Through google I have found that these were supposed to have been provided in a welcome email I have never received (yes I have checked my spam folders). I tried calling the support but it requests a password I do not have as I have been unable to register an account to create one. Could I please get either a welcome email or be provided with an account number and area reference?
