Memorable word issue
Hi, I’ve called customer service multiple times - and not been able to get through to anybody because I can’t pass through the ‘memorable word’ stage. I do not remember creating this, nor can I see anywhere to update/create one on the app or on the website, despite reading various posts on this forum with different instructions. Please can I be advised on how to create a memorable word, or alternatively be connected with a member customer service team to assist my request as I need to sort my contract and arrange posting back the WiFi equipment. Thank you.
