Back in the day, I set up email accounts for others in my family. I now need to change the password for one of these accounts but cannot find how to do it.
Is there a page someone can direct me to please? Or how to navigate to the right setting location?

Way back I set up a couple of email addresses for my family under my account. I now need to update the passwords for these accounts but cannot find the right page or instructions as to how to do this.

Each secondary mailbox (as-was) now has its own 'My Virgin Media' login from where the passwords can be reset.
However, resetting the password will, vey likely, prompt VM's latest security changes to be enforced. These involve the mailbox owner providing a third party email address and generating an app password from within their My VM login.
Anyone still using a VM mailbox (who still has access) would be better off putting their efforts into moving all of their online services over to a non-VM email address and then closing down their VM mailboxes IMHO.
