Lost tv channels
We recieved an email saying our contract had expired and to recieve the same package with a discount to renew, which we did. Except it wasn't the same package, we have basically been left with the freeview channels - which to be fair we get on our tv anyway, so why we need to pay almost £80 a month for them I don't know.
The email from virgin was basically a lie, we would have reconsidered renewing had we of known we would lose every tv channel we watch.
On top of this we have spent hours trying to call, and the online chat doesn't work. What kind of customer service is this?
