Lost Mixit tv on my package
Earlier this afternoon, I used the webchat to try and sign up to one of the essential social tariffs. I was sent the agreement which I decided not to agree to as the contract had a higher set up fee as advertised on the website. I requested that the agent cancel my request to join the essential broadband and I'll remain on my current package for the reminder of my contract.
I have since returned home to find that the TV package isn't activated as my box says I need to upgrade to watch basic tv channels. My account doesn't reflect this and shows I'm still got mix it tv in my package.
I have been on the phone for over 2 hours talking to multiple different people and being transferred back and forth to different departments. In the end nobody could resolve the issue and restore my package, one staff tried to sell me a new deal and 18 month contract. Can anyone from virgin media here help?
