Lost credit agreement number

Hello, 

I have been trying to talk to the correct person in regard to my credit agreememt number fpr my mobile. I keep getting passed around and getting very frustrated!

I got myself a new mobile about 3 years ago and i am sure i have paid it off but i do not have my credit agreement number anymore.

I had the device with virgin media but the data with o2! And it seems impossible to find out who to talk to.

I need to know if im paying off a device plan that has already been paid off. 

Please could someone help me on here :(

    You've posted in the Cable account forum, however it seems you are looking for your credit agreement to check if you've paid off a mobile handset.

    If that's the case then you can log in here to view your credit agreement details, payments and end date. If you're unable to log in due to forgetting your details, then let a member of the forum team know and they can send a security key reminder.

    Or you can contact the dedicated team on 0345 602 4420. They will be able to assist with your query and take any payment you are wanting to/need to pay.
