Lost access to my accounts original email cant link new account
I cant link my virgin media o2 id to account because I lost access to the email my virgin media account is linked to years ago . What can I do to fix this ?

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to access your old email linked to your account.
Please call the team on either 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, and they'll be able to assist in changing this email for you. Alternatively, you can also WhatsApp us on +44 7803 089 684. Please bear in mind that responses are not instant and can take some time between replies.
