looking to move wifi hub
I am looking moving the wifi hub
The account is under my mothers name so can I ask if I can phone up Virgin myself and request a engineer visit or does it have to be my mother that makes the call

There are some actions that only an account holder can do but arranging a visit to move the hub is something that can be done by a third party, as long as data protection can be passed.
This is something we can certainly help you with but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security, as mentioned above.

VM will only speak to the account holder, so you need to be with her to pass security.
