Logging into account.

Hi, 

I’ve been trying to log into my account for what seems like forever. If I use the forgotten password’ link. I do not receive an email, I am uncertain why this happens and have regularly spoke on webchat to various people who sent me same link that I cannot access. 

Can anyone direct me to the correct contact?
