Locked out
On 27th Dec my virgin Media account was locked out due supposed security reasons.
Have spoken to the help desk on 4 occasions, initially promised it would be unlocked within 48 hours. That came went went . Told I needed a new email address,which was subsequently untrue. Promised it would be sorted by 2Jan . Still locked out . Phone call yesterday to say it would be unlocked within 24/48 hrs. Istill live in hope .
This has been so annoying and time consuming.
