Locked out of Virgin Account

Hi Everyone

I usually log into me virginmedia or Virgin Email accounts with a 4 digit pin, but a few days ago it asked me for a passkey. I have never created one so obviously it can't find it. I have tried all the different options I'm given, the last one being  to use a 5 worded rescue key. I enter the one that was originally created and I saved, but it won't accept that either. Anyone else had the same problem or has my account been hacked

    Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some issues with your emails. 

    Can you confirm, have you registered a VMO2 ID to login yet? If not you can find some help here
