Live chat keeps crashing

Hi All

Im hoping someone can help me, I’m moving house where virgin don’t supply so need to cancel 

I’ve tried three times but the live chat keeps crashing and starting all over again. I want to have everything in writing as last time I contacted over the phone they tried to cancel the contract too early and it resulted in a complaint as the wrong information was input by the phone handler and no confirmation was sent 

could someone from virgin please help me with this?

    We would sadly need to advise that we're not in a position to administer accounts in which the account holder is planning on moving property.
