Link new account to email

I am having a nightmare trying to log in to see my new account info as my email appears to still be linked to my old, now closed account.i have spoken to countless support staff about this and it is still not sorted.

I moved house and because there was a month until I got into my new property,I was told my account had to be closed and a new one set up. This was done and after moving in it took a werk for Virgin to actually get my Broadband active due to issues on their end.

I was advised to register on the app for access to my new acount, however, I am using using the same email and so it just opens my previous account info which shows that account is closed.

Going around in circles and getting nowhere on the phone

Can someond please help???
