leaving virgin because services not available at new address

  • I am leaving virgin media because services are not available at the new address I am moving to
  • If I offer proof of my new address and moving why can't I cancel virgin media with zero penalty, I don't want to pay virgin 14 months payments only to have it refunded once I submit proof of my new address, I don't trust virgin to process the refund, the virgin billing system is a shambles thanks

    Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you won't be taking the services with you.

    You'll need to speak directly with our movers team, they can be reached on 150/ 0345 454 1111 option for media, then option 4, option 3. Or via the chat online here

    If you're moving to a none-serviceable address we will raise a case and ask you to send proof. This remains open for 30 days during which time we will await the customer's evidence. If the customer submits the evidence within that 30 day period, a back office member of the team will review it within 72 hours of receipt.

      Don't want to pay early termination fees first then get refunded dint trust virgin to refund I have proof of new residence just let me leave with no fees as virgin not available at the new address
